I am thrilled to be performing with Hamin Honari in his backyard in the Parc X area of Montréal. Hamin, who relocated to Montreal after many years in Vancouver, is one of the finest percussionist on the Canadian and international music scene. He is the artistic director of Vashan Society, and performs, presents, organizes world music concerts in BC and around the world. He performs regularly with the Vashan Persian Music Ensemble,Qualandar, Itamar Erez, Gordon Grdina’s The Marrows, as well as supporting young musicians with masterclasses and special clinics. Hamin comes from the most amazingly talented musical family.
